Come What May

It's been a while and so much has happened in the past couple of months. Life has a way of testing you and I am learning to expect the unexpected. Thank Heaven for the blessing of family. Faith and Hope aren't always as easy as they sound. Why do I doubt? I know that I am a daughter of God. AND I KNOW THAT HE LOVES ME. Miracles happen! And thanks to the support of a loving family one seems to have come our way.

We love you so much! Our prayers and thoughts are with you. Life is so crazy... curve balls seem to be coming from every angle. I just re-read your post called Relishing Motherhood. It made me cry... it is our trials that make us who we are and make us stretch our wings into something beautiful.

I need to get out my cross stitchin' hoop and get to work, "Come what may and Love it"

Lynell it was so fun to meet you! It is amazing just how much we have in common! I know how you feel! Sometimes it is hard to keep your chin held high when you feel like all you do is strike out! I loved this talk and I love Elder Worthlin what a blessing it is to simply have the gosple! It really is such a comfort! Sending you loves! LOve Kelsi

I love Elder Wirthlin's talk incredibly as well. Since last Oct. I have used his saying over and over. It has blessed my life and others to whom I have shared it. Thank you.
I love it.
I went to tea with your mom this week. She is a blessing in my life. I love her.

You are such a strong, inspiring woman! You may not feel like it, like sometimes it's just a facade, but even then, you lift up those around you. I love Worthlin, and this talk made me look at trials in a new way, too.

We have been blessed having you guys in our lives a little bit more this past month or so. We are all pulling for Dathan's new venture, it could truly be a blessing for more than just your family.

Aren't we as Jacobson's SO blessed to have such awesome, hard-working, intelligent men for husbands? And we have awesome family around us that just always seem to come through for us EVERY SINGLE TIME we need them!

So glad to see you blogging again, I've missed your awesome posts, they're always helpful to me.

♥!

Nell - I have read this talk probably 20 times since the changes became apparent in our lives too. It has been a source of great strength to me, I'm glad it is to you too. We think of you so much and we put your name (and ours!) in our temple here every two weeks. Love you.

I think there is so much change that is happening around us constantly, that we all need to learn to "love it". I have been really struggling and trying my best to, love it, although some days it seems so difficult. Thank you for your inspiration and being who you are! I hope everything works out wonderfully for you.

Hi Lynell
I stumbled across your blog on LDS BLOGS. I thought you might be interested in a site my wife and I just built called MormonsMadeSimple.com, which uses simple, explanatory videos to explain the Mormon faith. Feel free to feature any of these videos on your blog, or just share them with non-member friends. We're hoping these videos will be missionary tools to help members share their beliefs. Anyway, sorry to spam your comments section. I couldn't find any contact information for you on your blog.

Oh Lynell, I love this talk by Elder Wirthlin. These words resonate with truth and speak to my heart. It is so good to read your words here today. I am a bit late finding them, but love them all the same. Things do have a way of working out in the most amazing ways and usually like we least expected them to. I have experienced miracles in this way many times in my life. I am glad that things are starting to look up for you and your wonderful family. I truly love you guys so much. My time with you was such a wonderful time. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. It was a real wrench to have to leave. Sending loads of love your way from across the ocean! XXOO
